It provides access to all the content listed below, and creates the customized page layouts that are important to maintaining your identity and seamlessly integrating with your existing electronic services.

Content
With BookLetters, you can add your message to Web pages embellished with BookLetters content and customize the pages with your own information. The core of the BookLetters content is our 4 million book database that generates book detail pages that include brief annotations and jacket covers. This core content is enhanced with a continual flow of exclusive BookPage reviews, author biographies, topical editorial clips, seasonal book promotions, book discussion guides, DVD streaming video previews, audiobook narration clips, sound clips, look inside feature and even podcasts. Much of this content is created in response to customer suggestions.

BookLetters offers you four options for delivering content to your patrons. We adopt the latest communication technology and seamlessly integrate it into BookLetters. Your staff reaps the benefits without having to learn new technology and can stay focused instead on patron service.

Web Pages - Included in BookLetters are potentially millions of Web pages to seamlessly display with your existing website using basic Web page navigation.

Widgets - Widgets bring a new dimension to library web sites. They allow site content to be continually updated with the 'paste-and-forget' embedding of a single snippet of code. This approach enables anyone on the staff to contribute content without involving technical staff or interfering with each other.

e-Newsletters - Any of the 26 pre-generated and 20 custom feature pages controlled from the Tool Kit can be turned into e-newsletters with the click of a button.

Patron RSS - Bookletters includes an RSS activation page for those patrons who would rather receive their updated book and library news from RSS feeds instead of e-newsletters.

Library RSS - BookLetters includes embellished newsletter feeds appropriate for posting to Library Blogs or feeding Library CMS systems. We are a substantial source for continual rich content updates for those outlets.
