Setup and Implementation
BookLetters setup is fast, easy and tailored to your library's needs. The BookLetters design team works closely with you to get your BookLetters program up and running quickly and successfully. You can start with one simple website link to e-newsletters, awards and bestsellers and then move to more customized offerings. Regardless of where you start, BookLetters is designed to grow with your marketing and public relations plans.

Online Support
Our goal is to give you the tools you need at your fingertips . Out Tool Kit design is intuitive, but staff can get a “refresher course” on virtually any detail of Web page or e-newsletter creation or editing with the InfoPac, our online documentation.

Ongoing Support
If you need help, contact us using the help desk banner on the Tool Kit, e-mail or by phone. We pride ourselves on quick and friendly customer support.

Beyond technical support, BookLetters provides you with marketing support. Our Marketing Programs Coordinator does an Annual Review with all customers, helping to identify new ways to use BookLetters tools to enhance your library's marketing program. The bi-monthly e-newsletter for customers - Pacesetter - includes tips and examples of marketing ideas, helping to share best practices among all BookLetters users.

Your Feedback
The Tool Kit page includes a Suggestion Box. From authors you’d like us to add to the Author Directory to technical enhancements that would make BookLetters easier to use, the suggestions we get from our customers drive the work that we do. We don’t just listen: we act!
