support. Our Marketing Programs Coordinator does an Annual Review

e-newsletter for customers - Pacesetter - includes tips and examples
of marketing ideas, helping to share best practices among all
BookLetters users.
The Tool Kit page includes a Suggestion Box. From authors you’d
like us to add to the Author Directory to technical enhancements
that would make BookLetters easier to use, the suggestions we
get from our customers drive the work that we do. We don’t
